Dananjaya Silva is the current Managing Director of P.M.David Silva & Sons (PMD Tea), his family tea business established in Maskeliya, Sri Lanka (Ceylon) during the era of the British Plantation Raj by his grandfather. Building on a rich legacy, PMD Tea today supplies hand-picked, premium teas to luxury hospitality and retail markets.
Dananjaya is renowned for his profound insights on the history of tea, sustainability, and the future of the tea industry.
