Don is the Founder and Owner of BDH Consultants. Don has been involved in the food service industry since 2013 when he decided to get out of the daily grind of corporate life after discovering his passion for tea. He sold his law firm and turned his hobby into a business. Don traveled to several countries to further his knowledge of tea and with the help of his family and employees, he created a seven-figure food service and retail business. In the first four years of operation, Don oversaw fourteen consecutive quarters of growth, several local Small Business and "Best Of" awards, and the opening of three more stores. Don exited this business in early 2020.
Over the last ten years, our team of in-house consultants has grown. Today, BDH Consultants is comprised of numerous advisors from diverse professional backgrounds who share Don's passion for the food service industry, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. Our advisors have brought their own unique experiences from working and consulting in the food service and retail industries.
